Information

Lead in time - Allow approximately six weeks for made-to-order pieces — they're cut, sewn and finished by hand from our UK studio.

Ready-to-ship items are not subject to lead times and are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

No refunds or returns - Every piece is hand sewn to order, so all sales are final. By placing an order you agree to and understand all information stated on this page.

We prohibit fraudulent disputes and chargebacks where goods or services were delivered as described.

Issue with your order - Any issue with an item you've received must be raised with us within 72 hours of receipt.

Customs & Duties - Customs fees are not included at checkout and are not covered by us. International customers are responsible for any duties on arrival.

Delivery times (After lead in time) - UK — next day delivery.

Europe — 3–5 working days.

Rest of world — 5–7 working days.

Scale pieces - Scale items may shed slightly due to the volume of shells used and the handmade nature of each piece. This will not affect the design or integrity of the garment.
