Delivery Information - 

We do not offer refunds or returns as all items are made to order.

All orders are subject to approximately six week lead in time as they are hand sewn, then sent out to you.

Ready to ship items are not including in the lead in times and are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

You should receive your tracking number once your order has been sent. Please wait for the leading time to pass before contacting us if you for some reason haven't received your tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped and you receive a tracking number or international receipt as proof of postage, the item is now in the courier's hands.

Any delays with shipping or items being held at customs is something that is out of our control.

Any issues with an item you have received must be made aware to us within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Customs fees are not included at checkout.

We do not cover customs fees

UK shipping next day delivery after lead in time.

International shipping 5-7 working days delivery after lead in time.

Europe is 3-5 working days after lead in time.
